In order to reinforce barrier actions and ensure the health and safety of Supermarket-Drive customers, E-COBOT developed during the containment phase a specific accessory adaptable to HUSKY.
The solution ensures automatic delivery, in masked time, of races prepared in Drive directly to the trunks of customers’ cars. This saves time for Drive deliverers and reduces waiting times for customers.

HUSKY use case for order delivery
1 – Order preparation
After receiving the order online, operators prepare the orders as usual.
When the order is ready, the picker attaches the cart to the HUSKY.
2 – Mission launch
When the customer arrives and scans their card, the operator sends the HUSKY and its load to the lane for delivery
3 – Autonomous navigation
The HUSKY begins its mission and navigates autonomously to the designated runway.
4 – Receipt of the order and return of the Husky
A second outside operator receives the HUSKY and its order. He then loads the customer’s vehicle.
